The Aligned Warrior Protocol is for men, and it is facilitated by men who have walked the same road as you have. Not being women, we can’t identify with women emotionally and how they feel in certain situations. Additionally, healthy boundaries need to be drawn. Remember, men are designed to be the Providers, Protectors and Leaders of their families. Women are designed to be the nurturers. Your facilitators are warriors, and it is not in keeping with the natural design of men.
The Aligned Warrior Protocol is designed to be a six month process. While you will feel real progress even after the first session, it does not happen quickly. You didn’t end up where you are overnight, so you should not expect a quick fix. This is about setting habits, behaviors, and boundaries. This is about redefining who you are as a man. It takes time to develop these things. Trust the process.
You will regain that lost confidence in who you are, and who you were designed to be. You’ll shed bad habits. Your marriage and relationships will improve. You will be proud of yourself again, and your family will be proud of you as well. You might start losing weight. You may start sleeping better. The intimacy with your spouse will likely improve. You will feel like a man again, and you will regain that confident nature that you had when you first became a leader. More likely than not, you’ll find your leadership will be stronger than ever before because you are focused, but you have your priorities in place.
